Poor Richard's

Awesome Wings. Just one flavor, Hot. But they are great. The wing special comes with a salad and garlic cheese bread. Highly recommend it. The wings were perfect. My mom had a brisket sandwich and said she is coming back for more. It was our first time here. We have hockey nearby and will be back. So only 3 stars for the atmosphere since it is just an open space and the tables were all kind of sticky. Not a big enough deal to knock a star off. Hopefully, they can do a little updating. Stop by if in the area.

There were 4 of us and one was African American. We sat there longer than we should have waiting on a menu. It was a bit busy so I wasn't making a big deal out of it. The girl came up and asked if we had been given menu's yet? No, we haven't. So she gives us menu's and walks away. The same girl walks to a table with a couple that came in after we did. She hands them a menu and asks them if they know what they would like to drink? I guess she didn't care what we wanted to drink. I don't know what the problem was but we didn't stay to find out. My son in laws skin color shouldn't determine how we get our service. He's a hard working man than goes to work every day to support his family. This is a place that will not get anymore of my family's money. I was very disappointed to see this happen. When I said let's go somewhere that deserves our money and we left, my 5 year old grandson was upset because he thought we were stealing. I had to explain to him that we had not even had water. We only looked at the menu's. No food was ordered. How crazy that he thought somehow we did something wrong. Someone's morals were jacked up that day but it wasn't ours.

This place looks unassuming from the outside looking in but once you taste the food you’re in for a pleasant surprise. When I come here I ALWAYS get the wings. They’re nothing fancy. They’re textbook perfect Buffalo wings. The sauce is almost assuredly just Franks and butter but the ratio is spot-on. The wings themselves are high quality and they’re cooked precisely how you want them to be. Crispy and juicy. Big fan.

Cozy restaurant with a good sized bar. Older experienced staff with good attitudes working hard to keep you happy here. I was surprised that the menu was so extensive and diverse. Of course I got my usual order of wings and happy to report that they were very good. The bartender Dana has a good sense of humor and pours strong drinks so that’s a win win.

OMG! Visiting from Louisville looking for good burgers. Our family chose poor Richards because dad and son are named Richard and menu/reviews seemed good. Food was great! Servings were huge for the price and service by Lilly was awesome!! We had a great meal and tons of food to go back to the hotel. Knowing we were at a hotel Lilly offered us drinks to go too! So happy we chose Poor Richards! An amazing meal for a family with teenage boy size appetites! Neither could fnish their meals
